Move stdlib ownership to nested **corelib** / **beskid_standard** submodules, expose **artifact manifests** in **pckg**, wire **beskid_pckg** into the compiler workspace, and land deploy/bootstrap flows (Coolify compose, first-run onboarding, official service account) so registry and CLI provisioning share one stdlib source — deliverable **v01-corelib-submodule**.
