    Move stdlib ownership to nested **corelib** / **beskid_standard** submodules, expose **artifact manifests** in **pckg**, wire **beskid_pckg** into the compiler workspace, and land deploy/bootstrap flows (Coolify compose, first-run onboarding, official service account) so registry and CLI provisioning share one stdlib source — deliverable **v01-corelib-submodule**.

Ship **multi-platform CLI** binaries via SeaweedFS/S3 with upload-key and retry fixes, migrate public docs to **Astro**, and refresh **landing/downloads** plus early **language book** pages — no separate v01-cli-release deliverable; release tasks anchor on this workstream only.
